Conclusion:

Tough choice to pick one here, all the apps are quite good. Personally I use Beautiful Widgets Lite, but it is off the market for now, so I am going to recommend WeatherBug.

Note: Do not move the apps to the SD Card, if you do the widgets won’t work. This is a limitation in Android
